Recently we were so moved to see so many people and organisations come together in February for our National Youth Homelessness Conference!
We spent the day bringing together voices from across the sector to share the different ways we can collaborate to end youth homelessness.
This year’s theme was ‘transitions’. The transition from child, to young person, to adult is a challenging time for all young people. However, for homeless young people, societal and structural challenges make this period even harder.
We were lucky enough to hear from the inspirational Hashi Mohamed, a barrister, broadcaster and author, who read from his new book and shared a rallying cry for us all to work together to tackle this crisis now and for future generations. A huge thanks to Hashi for his support!
