The Ultimate Quiz returns for 2026 with Claudia Winkleman, Tony Hadley and guests

On Tuesday 24 February, Centrepoint’s Ultimate Quiz returned for its 16th year – and this time it was a night of Shakespearean magic at the Underglobe!

The Quiz, this year hosted by Nationwide, attracted over 200 guests within 20 teams from major donors, corporate partners and suppliers, old friends and new friends! Our host for the evening was the unforgettable Claudia Winkleman, who kept spirits high and guests entertained throughout and there was a very special guest performance from Spandau Ballet’s Tony Hadley, who was pure GOLD!

It was a star-studded event with a host of celebs and ambassadors in attendance including stars of the recent Celebrity Traitors – don’t worry, they were all Faithfuls! BBC’s film expert and radio DJ Ali Plumb, hosted a very special and entertaining film round, and the raffle was led by the Doctor himself, David Tennant and our long standing ambassador Lisa Maxwell. Other supporters in attendance were Vogue Williams, Ruth Codd, Jim Chapman, Dr Ranj, Juliet Sear and Sarah Jayne Dunn. 

As well as Ali Plumb’s film round, we challenged guests with some classic pub quiz questions as well as a particularly exciting Shakespearean Round ‘Who Doth Said That?’

Alongside the quiz, it was a night of fundraising with a live and silent auction as well as raffle and an exciting game of head or tails. It was an incredible evening of trivia, fun and connection and we are pleased to share that, so far, we raised an incredible £89,000 (and rising!) for our Independent Living Programme!

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who made the night possible from selling tables and sponsorship, ensuring we were on brand and looking fab, secured fabulous auction and raffle prizes and volunteering to support on the night. We have already had some great feedback from guests – and we couldn’t have done it without you!
