Welcome to our Charter’s Close consultation page, where you can find out about our plans for 18 affordable homes on a previously disused car park within the Charter’s Close estate.
We are excited to announce our plans, which are part of our ground breaking Independent Living Programme. This innovative initiative is designed to provide secure, independent living spaces for young people aged 18 to 25 who are employed, with rent contributions capped at just one-third of their gross annual salary.
Public consultation
Thank you to everyone who attended the public consultation event held on Tuesday 14th January in The Burgundy Room at The Upper Norwood Library Hub. We were pleased to be able to share with the local community our proposals for this development, which will be a significant step forward in our mission of empowering young people to achieve stability, independence, and a brighter future. We appreciated your questions and feedback.
If you were unable to attend or would like further information, please call 0800 689 5209 or email info@chartersclose.co.uk.
