Gaby Roslin and young person winning an award

Centrepoint Awards 2025

In October we came together to celebrate some truly extraordinary young people at the Centrepoint Awards 2025. Each of our amazing winners has shown incredible courage, determination and resilience on their journey beyond homelessness.

Hosted by the iconic Gaby Roslin, the ceremony shone a light on young people who are doing amazing things to build the futures they deserve, as well as the staff, partners and supporters who stand alongside them.

From overcoming unimaginable challenges to achieving independent living, education and employment, our winners represent what’s possible when young people are given the opportunity to thrive.

These winners are not exceptions – across the country there are thousands more remarkable young people who are just as talented and ambitious who are waiting for the chance to unlock their potential. With the right support, their journeys can lead to success too. The Centrepoint Awards are a celebration of courage and achievement, but also a reminder of what is possible when we stand alongside young people.

We’re so grateful to everyone who made the evening possible – our wonderful host, Gaby Roslin, and everyone who performed on the night including Ella Eyre, Matt Terry and poet Nadi.

Together, we’re building a future where every young person has a safe place to call home and the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

Congratulations to all the incredible winners!
