American Friends Of Centrepoint (AFOCP) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering cultural exchange, mutual understanding, and collaboration between like-minded organisations in the United States and the United Kingdom.
It supports a range of initiatives, from educational programmes and cultural events to charitable projects, all aimed at strengthening the special relationship between our two nations. Ultimately, getting young people educated and into work to make the most of their potential.
Through its efforts, AFOCP brings together individuals and communities on both sides of the Atlantic to celebrate shared values and build lasting connections to end youth homelessness.
Centrepoint is also a founding partner of our Patron, HRH Prince of Wales, homelessness campaign, Homewards.
