Dalston Lane Consultation

  • Reading time: 2 minutes

Welcome to our consultation page for 15 to 19 Dalston Lane, where you can find out more about our proposals for the creation of 27 genuinely affordable homes in an office building in Hackney that has been vacant for over 10 years.

Working with Safe Haven London, we are excited to announce our plans which are part of our groundbreaking Independent Living Programme. This innovative initiative is designed to provide secure, independent living homes for employed young people aged 18 to 25 years old, with rent contributions at just one third of their gross annual salary.

Public Consultation

We held a public exhibition at Farr’s Pub, 17-19 Dalston Lane on Monday 6th July 2026, to share our plans for the redevelopment of 15-19 Dalston Lane with the local community. This development represents a significant step forward in our mission of empowering young people to achieve stability, independence, and a brighter future.

Our project team was on hand from 4.30pm to 7.30pm to talk to local residents and community members about the proposals and answer questions. We would like to thank everyone who came along for sharing their views and for their interest in the plans.

Feedback and Next Steps

A copy of the exhibition materials is available below to view and download.

We would like to thank everyone who has provided feedback during the period of public consultation, which closed on 20th July 2026, for letting us know their views on the proposals.

We are now reviewing the feedback received and will use this to help us review and finalise our plans, ahead of submitting a planning application to Hackney Council.
