Welcome to our consultation page for 15 to 19 Dalston Lane, where you can find out more about our proposals for the creation of 27 genuinely affordable homes in an office building in Hackney that has been vacant for over 10 years.
Working with Safe Haven London, we are excited to announce our plans which are part of our groundbreaking Independent Living Programme. This innovative initiative is designed to provide secure, independent living homes for employed young people aged 18 to 25 years old, with rent contributions at just one third of their gross annual salary.
Public Consultation
We are holding a public exhibition to share our plans with the local community before submitting a planning application to Hackney Council.
Please come along to talk to our project team about the proposals. They will be on hand to share more details about the plans and answer your questions.

Following the public exhibition, you will be able to view and download a copy of the exhibition banners, and online feedback will be open until 20th July (midnight). We want to hear from you about our proposals.
We will use your feedback to help us review and finalise our plans, ahead of submitting a planning application to Hackney Council.
