Sleep Out

Join a Centrepoint Sleep Out or host your own - challenge yourself for one night so no young person has to face homelessness alone.

A challenge for you, a future for young people.

Over 124,000 young people in the UK face homelessness - but together, we can change this. By giving up your bed for one night, you’re taking on a challenge that pushes you out of your comfort zone, raising vital funds, standing in solidarity, and helping to ensure no young person has to face homelessness alone. Sleep Out isn’t about replicating homelessness; it’s about taking meaningful action to help end it for good.

I thought I understood about homelessness until I did the Sleep Out. Hearing first hand from the Centrepoint team and young people was eye opening and I feel much better informed. So pleased I had this opportunity.
