Welcome to our Tirrell Road page, where you can find out about our proposals for 16 new genuinely affordable homes on unused land at Tirrell Road, Croydon.
We are excited to announce our plans which are part of our ground breaking Independent Living Programme. This innovative initiative is designed to provide secure, independent living homes for employed young people aged 18 to 25 years old, with rent contributions at just one third of their gross annual salary.
Public Consultation
We held a public exhibition at the Masonic Halls in Croydon on Thursday 16th July 2026, to share our plans for Land at Tirrell Road with the local community. This development represents a significant step forward in our mission of empowering young people to achieve stability, independence, and a brighter future.
Our project team was on hand from 4.30pm to 7.30pm to talk to local residents and community members about the proposals and answer questions. We would like to thank everyone who came along for sharing their views and for their interest in the plans.

We would like to thank everyone who has provided feedback during the period of public consultation, which closed on 30th July 2026, for letting us know their views on the proposals.
We are now reviewing the feedback received and will use this to help us review and finalise our plans, ahead of submitting a planning application to Croydon Council.
