We are excited to announce our plans which are part of our ground breaking Independent Living Programme. This innovative initiative is designed to provide secure, independent living homes for employed young people aged 18 to 25 years old, with rent contributions at just one third of their gross annual salary.
Public Consultation
We are holding a public consultation event to share our plans for the creation of 25 new homes to rent with the local community, before we submit a planning application to Harrow Council. 46 to 49 Chichester Court is a former care home for adults with disabilities that was decommissioned in 2022 and has remained vacant ever since.

We would like to thank everyone who has provided feedback during the period of public consultation, which closed on 30th July 2026, for letting us know their views on the proposals.
We are now reviewing the feedback received and will use this to help us review and finalise our plans, ahead of submitting a planning application to Croydon Council.
