Card Factory Foundation and Centrepoint

We’re proud to announce that Centrepoint has been selected as the first official charity partner of the Card Factory Foundation!

Together, we’re launching The Bright Future Initiative – an ambitious and transformative partnership that will empower over 31,000 homeless young people to heal, grow, and take confident steps toward a brighter future.

The three-year partnership will raise £1.5 million to directly fund our transformational Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) work, which offers tailored support to help homeless young people heal from trauma, build resilience and move toward independence and the happy homes they deserve.

Here’s how we’ll be working together:

  • 1-2-1 specialist therapy: Giving young people with complex needs access to specialist support, enabling them to build increased confidence and emotional stability.
  • Specialised training: Our staff will receive specialist training on working with young people that have experience significant trauma.
  • Physical Environment Fund: We will create comforting, warm and welcoming environments, improving the surroundings of young people’s rooms to feel like homes.
  • Christmas sponsorship: Card Factory Foundation will become Centrepoint’s official Christmas Partner, donating £25,000 annually toward our festive gift drive. Together we will support thousands of young people to receive a meaningful gift at Christmas, and celebrate life moments.

We can only end youth homelessness by working together, and this special partnership will demonstrate how building safe spaces can help young people move forward with their lives.

Brian Waring, Chair of Card Factory Foundation, says: 'At Card Factory Foundation, we are committed to creating positive change in our communities. The Life Moments Fund, in partnership with Centrepoint, represents our dedication to empowering young people and providing them with the tools and support they need to navigate life’s challenges and build a brighter future.'
