Making a difference since 1969. We’ve come a long way from the Soho church basement in which Centrepoint was founded. Each year we look back on the progress we’ve made in helping vulnerable young people move on from homelessness into an independent life.
Thanks to our amazing supporters, we’re now able to reach over 16,000 homeless young people each year.

Overall
In 2023/24, together with our partners, we supported more than 16,000 young people.
Health
63% of young people receiving support from Centrepoint’s Psychotherapy and Mental Health team reduce the severity of their symptoms.
Learning
53% of Centrepoint residents who took our training courses in 2022/23 finished with a certificate and/ or a qualification.
Moving on
67% of young people who left Centrepoint in 2023/24 moved to independent living situation.
Helpline
The first of its kind, our Helpline supported more than 5,257 young people during 2023/24 with advice about their rights, emotional support and access to supported housing.
Supported housing
We provide more than 800 bed spaces for homeless young people.
