Stand with them – join our campaign now.
We think it’s outrageous that 22,000 young people are facing homelessness this winter. So we’re fighting back and taking action – by covering walls with art and stickers, and campaigning for change. We want to make sure every young person has a safe place to call home and the future they deserve. Join us and demand that the government end youth homelessness for good.
Young people didn’t cause this housing crisis. And yet, tens of thousands of them are facing homelessness because of it. We’re demanding that the UK government take action and give young people the future they deserve.

We’ve been out in London painting graffiti art on walls, and covering lamp posts, telephone boxes and walls with our campaign stickers, to get our voice heard about #THE22000. We’re determined to spread the word that too many young people don’t have a safe place to call home this winter – and that the government must take steps to end youth homelessness for good. We want to create a war cry for change, in the very city that we started Centrepoint, 50 years ago.
We’ve collaborated with four amazing artists on this project, all with a connection to London and a passion for ending youth homelessness. They collaborated with our team to design graffiti art inspired on young people’s experiences.
The last five decades have seen massive changes to the UK housing market. No age group has been more affected by these changes than young people, as they transition to adulthood and independence. Our poll of over 1,600 UK adults reveals the changing experiences of young people growing up and leaving home; from those who came of age in the 1970s to young people today.
