Together, we're able to provide a support network that enables vulnerable young people to start their future.
Welcome to the hub for your Room Sponsorship. Check this page regularly for updates on how your support is helping vulnerable young people move on to live independently.
Young people at Centrepoint have achieved some incredible things.
They all have one thing in common: their futures started here.
You help us provide support that's often been missing for our young people. This network consists of our Housing, Health and Engagement teams. You've made it possible for us to offer 24 hour support in many of our services – giving young people someone to talk to, whether for the smaller things in life or more pressing issues.
Some of the ways we aim to build a warm, friendly environment for young people include staff attending medical appointments, helping to set up bank accounts and fill out various forms to help them build their independence.
We support 15,000 homeless young people to help them rebuild their lives.
2,583 young people participated in our sport engagement programmes across the country.
We provide 1,271 supported bed spaces in 60 services.
69% reduction in mental health symptoms for those seeing a psychotherapist.
With your support, our young people have access to multiple health provisions and often use more than one of the following to help them move on successfully:
All young people have their needs assessed, so that Centrepoint can offer different strands of working for both NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and EET (Engagement in education, employment and training) young people.
Where does your donation go? What's a room like? How many people sponsor a room? All this and more can be found in our Sponsor a Room FAQs.
