We challenge you to hit 110,000 steps any way you want to in May. It doesn’t matter how you make up the steps, whether you’re going for your daily walk or running around your living room! Make a difference to the lives of the young people we support and #MoveinMay.

We challenge you to hit 110,000 steps, any way you want to in May. Whether you commit to a 3,550 steps each day of the month, or aim to complete 110,00 in under a week - the choice is yours! All you need to do is start moving, log your steps on a fitness tracker and set up an online fundraising page with the aim to raise £110 (or more!) Everyone is welcome to take part, so why not get your friends and family involved, and set up a bit of healthy competition?

Centrepoint estimates that 110,000 young people in the UK are facing homelessness, a statistic made all the more shocking during the crisis we find ourselves in at the moment. That's why we are asking you to complete 110,000 steps across the month of May to raise vital funds for our Emergency Coronavirus Appeal.
