Give in memory of a loved one

Making a donation in memory of a loved one is a positive way of celebrating their life.

Gifts in memory help us give homeless young people the support they need to achieve their dreams: to find a home, a job, and to leave homelessness behind – for good.

Thanks to our generous supporters, we support over 15,000 young people each year. Whether it's a one-off donation or a regular gift In Memory of a loved one, your support can help us reach even more vulnerable young people – giving them the practical and emotional support they need.

Meet the family who are making a big difference through music and their Gift In Memory

The Andrew family made a generous donation in memory of their beloved son to develop the Christopher Andrew Suite at one of our Central London services. We're delighted that the suite now hosts music tuition, therapy, engagement and learning sessions.

The suite includes DJ decks and musical instruments such as a drum kit, guitars, a piano and a violin. Since the suite's launch in March 2018, the impact of Christopher's legacy has already made a huge difference to young people from across our London services.

Christopher turned down a place at Oxford so he could study in London and be a part of the capital's music and cultural scene. Christopher's love of music inspired him to pursue a career in sound recording, and he had secured a position as a trainee with a post-production recording company. Shortly before he was due to start his new job at the age of 22, he died suddenly from a brain aneurysm.

Christopher's family wanted to celebrate his life in a way that was meaningful and represented him. His parents, who are Centrepoint room sponsors, contacted us to find out what we could offer to celebrate Christopher's life and support homeless young people.

Thanks to the Andrew family and their wonderful gift in Christopher's memory, his passion for music lives on. The new suite is inspiring homeless young people who otherwise would never have had the chance to learn an instrument.
