Starting in Newcastle upon Tyne, the course is lined with supporters all the way from the iconic Tyne Bridge to the coast in South Shields.
Since 1981, the world's greatest half marathon has welcomed over one million people across the finish line in South Shields and you could be part of the next million. People of all ages and abilities will run alongside world-renowned athletes, including Sir Mo Farah, and a whole host of celebrities.
With huge crowds cheering people on, the run is famous for its fantastic atmosphere. There will be live music along the course and the buzz of thousands of people coming together to do something amazing will help push you over the finish line.
