Our face-to-face fundraisers raise much needed support and awareness for our work.

We're aware not everyone will want to stop to speak to our fundraisers. While this is understandable, it's essential we continue to gain new supporters to help us end youth homelessness in the UK.
Meet our friendly team of face-to-face fundraisers and find out why they work for Centrepoint.
Face-to-face fundraising is a way to increase support for Centrepoint and our mission to end youth homelessness. Our fundraisers may stop by your home or speak to you in public, for example at a shopping centre.
It's an efficient and effective way for us raise money.
We don't allow our fundraisers to accept cash. Instead they will ask for donations via Direct Debit, as this is the most secure way for our supporters to donate.
We provide our fundraisers with a distinctive bright orange uniform with a Centrepoint logo.
All Centrepoint fundraisers will have a photo and name ID badge visible at all times. If you can't see their ID, ask them to show it to you and they'll be happy to do so.
Fundraisers must have the Pfra/IOF regulator on their ID badge. The ID badge should be about the size of a credit card and worn around the fundraiser's neck.
Our carefully trained fundraisers store all Direct Debit details on a secure, encrypted system.
One of the reasons we use this method is because of the Direct Debit Guarantee. Banks and building societies offer this protection to cover all regular giving payments. This means if there's an error with your direct debit you're entitled to a full and immediate refund.
We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation, and will record your information on our database to process your donation payment. We will keep you informed on how your support is changing lives, unless you specify otherwise.
Centrepoint will never sell or swap supporters' personal information. Occasionally, we will have to share supporter information with agencies who help us process donations. These agencies do not sell, swap or share any information, and will delete the information they hold after a set period.
If you have any questions about Centrepoint fundraisers, please speak to our Supporter Care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0800 23 23 20.
We will ask you to provide as much information as possible so we can help with your query.
No. The entire amount of your donation will go directly to Centrepoint.
