Centrepoint Works is Centrepoint's training company. It provides young people aged 16-24 with high quality Apprenticeships and Traineeships across London, the north east and west Yorkshire.
All of its profits are reinvested into giving homeless young people a future.
Centrepoint Works puts young people on the path to lasting employment through Apprenticeships, Traineeships, functional skills training and programmes designed specifically for unemployed young people. Qualified trainers and assessors support young people throughout. Centrepoint Works is available to unemployed young people beyond those in Centrepoint hostels.
Apprenticeships are aimed at young people aged 19 to 24 who have a basic level of training or work experience and want to work towards a career or trade for life. They are increasingly recognised as the gold standard for work-based training. Apprenticeships typically involve a 12-18 month programme in the workplace alongside a level two or three NVQ. Centrepoint Works offers Apprenticeships in the following sectors: customer service, business administration, team leading and management, retail and warehousing, health and social care.
We're proud to partner with leading organisations to deliver Apprenticeships and Traineeships. We're currently working with Eastleigh College, the London Learning Consortium, Nottinghamshire Training Network and The Derbyshire Network. To support our ambitions for growth, we're always looking for further delivery organisations that want to add a committed, enthusiastic and compliant partner to their supply chains. Please contact Julie Paget-Chapman, National Employer Partnership Manager, to find out more.
