Centrepoint Works

Centrepoint Works is Centrepoint's training company. It provides learners with high quality Apprenticeships, Traineeships and training courses across London, Manchester, the North East and West Yorkshire.

All of its profits are reinvested into giving homeless young people a future.

Preparing young people for a career

Centrepoint Works puts young people on the path to lasting employment through Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Functional Skills training and other learning programmes designed specifically for people looking for work or to progress in their chosen career. Qualified trainers and Skills Coaches support young people throughout their individual journeys. Centrepoint Works’ programmes are available to unemployed young people beyond those in Centrepoint hostels, and, in the case of Apprenticeships, to eligible learners in our partner businesses.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are available to learners who have a full-time contract of employment and want to progress in their chosen career. They are increasingly recognised as the gold standard for work-based training. Apprenticeships typically involve a 12-24 month programme in the workplace, with Functional Skills included if required. Centrepoint Works offers Apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 5 in the following sectors: Customer Service, Business Administrator, Team Leading and Management, Retail and Warehousing and Housing.
