Thank you so much for sponsoring a room.
You're making a real difference to the lives of homeless young people in the UK.
Without your support we couldn't help young people like Sarah.
Sarah arrived at Centrepoint when she was 18 and we soon learnt that she had suffered with extreme mental health issues since she was 12 years old.
Along with a safe place to stay, we also supported Sarah in getting the specialist mental health treatment she needed.
Having that space where you’re not sharing with anyone, that no one can come in, having a space that’s ours and you can input into it, that’s why you can partly call it your home.
Being homeless can have a big impact on a young person's physical and mental health. Young people can often feel insignificant and isolated from others. Our Health team works to support young people to open up about their issues and build a future.
Youth homelessness is so much more than not having somewhere to sleep. It involves complex needs that affect both the young person and their families.
Thanks to your support as a room sponsor, we can provide in-depth, ongoing support for a range of issues.
Where does your donation go? What's a room like? How many people sponsor a room? All this and more can be found in our Sponsor a Room FAQs.
