Autumn Update 2018
We couldn't help homeless young people without generous supporters like you. Here you'll find stories about how your support gives young people the chance to gain life skills, improve their mental and physical health, and move on to build a positive future for themselves.
Our Health team have whipped up a new solution to tackle food insecurity which many of our young people face every day. The Food Point is a mobile supermarket offering nutritious food at a discounted rate to our young people. Our dietitians will also provide cooking classes to young people using the food they’ve bought.
Thanks to a kind donation from the Andrew family in memory of their son Christopher, one of our Central London services now has a dedicated music and recording room open to all Centrepoint young people.
For young people who are struggling to engage with support or missing their Key Worker sessions, exercise can be a great way to keep them interested and motivated.
That's exactly what happened at one of our services when they recently received funding to set up an onsite gym.
Our supporters find incredible ways to help ensure homeless young people have a future. But adventurers Phoebe, Ollie and John took this to new heights – raising money for Centrepoint by sleeping in some seriously extreme places.
On 2 November you’re invited to slurp soup with friends, top each bowl with a smile and help raise money for Centrepoint.
